GPR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,088 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAMP1, GAGE2E, and OR4M1. Each is linked with GPR4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR4-to-partner and partner-to-GPR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFAMP1 grouped by GPR4-low versus GPR4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
