Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR39 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,198 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR39-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP103, ALDH3B1, and RBM47. Each is linked with GPR39 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR39-to-partner and partner-to-GPR39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR39→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
