GPR33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,127 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR33-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD1C, CD4, and WDFY4. Each is linked with GPR33 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR33-to-partner and partner-to-GPR33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR33→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
