GPR33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR33-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPI-637, Vorinostat, and Pevonedistat. Each is linked with GPR33 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR33-to-partner and partner-to-GPR33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR33→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
