Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 623 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR31-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-61P, MRPL42P2, and RPS5P7. Each is linked with GPR31 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR31-to-partner and partner-to-GPR31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-61P grouped by GPR31-low versus GPR31-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR31→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
