GPR31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR31 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR31-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, VHL, and Bak. Each is linked with GPR31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR31-to-partner and partner-to-GPR31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by GPR31-low versus GPR31-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR31→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
