Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR31-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACC2, NBR1, and RIMS1. Each is linked with GPR31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR31-to-partner and partner-to-GPR31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TACC2 grouped by GPR31-low versus GPR31-high in OESOPHAGUS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR31→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
