Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,786 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCE1, CAPZB, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with GPR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR3-to-partner and partner-to-GPR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCE1 grouped by GPR3-low versus GPR3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
