GPR27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,132 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, MTARC2, and PKP4. Each is linked with GPR27 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR27-to-partner and partner-to-GPR27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR27 versus MTA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR27→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
