GPR27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR27-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5L2, TEX36-AS1, and MIR1976. Each is linked with GPR27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR27-to-partner and partner-to-GPR27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5L2 grouped by GPR27-low versus GPR27-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR27→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
