GPR26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR26-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRN3, MCMBP, and TATDN3. Each is linked with GPR26 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR26-to-partner and partner-to-GPR26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STRN3 grouped by GPR26-low versus GPR26-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR26→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
