GPR26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR26-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Ku80, and MIG-6. Each is linked with GPR26 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR26-to-partner and partner-to-GPR26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by GPR26-low versus GPR26-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR26→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
