GPR25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR25-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMX3, MIR1229, and MIR4510. Each is linked with GPR25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR25-to-partner and partner-to-GPR25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMX3 grouped by GPR25-low versus GPR25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR25→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
