Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,823 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-905P, RNU6-364P, and LINC00391. Each is linked with GPR22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR22-to-partner and partner-to-GPR22 results are reported.
