GPR22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR22-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA3, VWC2, and OR4A47. Each is linked with GPR22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR22-to-partner and partner-to-GPR22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTA3 grouped by GPR22-low versus GPR22-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR22→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
