Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR179 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,158 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR179-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with GPR179 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR179-to-partner and partner-to-GPR179 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by GPR179-low versus GPR179-high in OESOPHAGUS.
