GPR174

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR174 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR174-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, RACGAP1, and AIMP1. Each is linked with GPR174 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR174-to-partner and partner-to-GPR174 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EME1 grouped by GPR174-low versus GPR174-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR174→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR174) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
