Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR160P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR160P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GPR160P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR160P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and STAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, TGCT, and OV are the cancer types where GPR160P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
