Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR158-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR158-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher GPR158-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR158-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and ESCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and KICH are the cancer types where GPR158-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
