GPR157

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR157 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 327 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR157-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL5P1, RNU7-77P, and HAUS1P3. Each is linked with GPR157 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR157-to-partner and partner-to-GPR157 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YPEL5P1 grouped by GPR157-low versus GPR157-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR157→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR157) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
