Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR155 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,361 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR155-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, and Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen. Each is linked with GPR155 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR155-to-partner and partner-to-GPR155 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization grouped by GPR155-low versus GPR155-high in STOMACH.
