Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR152 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,881 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR152-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle fusion, Protein polyubiquitination, and Regulation of Ras protein signal transduction. Each is linked with GPR152 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR152-to-partner and partner-to-GPR152 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Organelle fusion grouped by GPR152-low versus GPR152-high in ESCA.
