Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR152 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR152-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, PSMC3IP, and DUS2. Each is linked with GPR152 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR152-to-partner and partner-to-GPR152 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNG grouped by GPR152-low versus GPR152-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR152→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR152) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
