Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR152 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR152-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Beclin, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with GPR152 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR152-to-partner and partner-to-GPR152 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by GPR152-low versus GPR152-high in COAD.
