Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR152 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,637 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR152-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with GPR152 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR152-to-partner and partner-to-GPR152 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II grouped by GPR152-low versus GPR152-high in CNS.
