GPR151

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR151 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,024 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR151-associated genes across cancer lineages are C21orf62, ZCCHC12, and GAGE10. Each is linked with GPR151 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR151-to-partner and partner-to-GPR151 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR151 versus C21orf62 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR151→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR151) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
