The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher GPR142 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR142 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where GPR142 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
