The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher GPR137C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR137C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where GPR137C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
