Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR137B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,004 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR137B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAGS, C16orf71, and CHCHD2P7. Each is linked with GPR137B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR137B-to-partner and partner-to-GPR137B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR137B versus NAGS in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR137B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR137B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
