Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR137B RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR137B data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher GPR137B RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR137B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and SCLC are the cancer types where GPR137B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
