Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR137 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,034 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR137-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAD, PANO1, and INTS5. Each is linked with GPR137 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR137-to-partner and partner-to-GPR137 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR137 versus BAD in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR137→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR137) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
