Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR135 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR135-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPIC, ITGAD, and LCE1D. Each is linked with GPR135 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR135-to-partner and partner-to-GPR135 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPIC grouped by GPR135-low versus GPR135-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR135→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR135) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
