GPR108

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR108 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,294 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR108-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP1, PEX11G, and CCDC130. Each is linked with GPR108 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR108-to-partner and partner-to-GPR108 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR108 versus WBP1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR108→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR108) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
