Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR108 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,265 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR108-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagy, Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with GPR108 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR108-to-partner and partner-to-GPR108 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Autophagy grouped by GPR108-low versus GPR108-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
