Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR107 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,506 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR107-associated genes across cancer lineages are SURF4, MFNG, and PCNX1. Each is linked with GPR107 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR107-to-partner and partner-to-GPR107 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR107 versus SURF4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR107→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
