GPR101

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR101 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR101-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL19, SKA1, and TIPIN. Each is linked with GPR101 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR101-to-partner and partner-to-GPR101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL19 grouped by GPR101-low versus GPR101-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR101→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
