GPR101

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR101 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 340 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR101-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR87, ELOA3DP, and IQCF6. Each is linked with GPR101 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR101-to-partner and partner-to-GPR101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR87 grouped by GPR101-low versus GPR101-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR101→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
