Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPN3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPN3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher GPN3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where GPN3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
