GPN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 967 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, ARF4P1, and MAP3K4-AS1. Each is linked with GPN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPN3-to-partner and partner-to-GPN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by GPN3-low versus GPN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
