GPM6A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPM6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,024 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPM6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion transport, Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, and Adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with GPM6A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPM6A-to-partner and partner-to-GPM6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Potassium ion transport grouped by GPM6A-low versus GPM6A-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPM6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPM6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
