GPM6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPM6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPM6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NT5C1A, MSGN1, and GSTA3. Each is linked with GPM6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPM6A-to-partner and partner-to-GPM6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NT5C1A grouped by GPM6A-low versus GPM6A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPM6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPM6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
