GPIHBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPIHBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,495 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPIHBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, CNRIP1, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with GPIHBP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPIHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPIHBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPIHBP1 versus CAVIN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPIHBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPIHBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
