The most reproducible GPIHBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to epidermal growth factor stimulus, Regulation of macroautophagy, and Vacuolar acidification. Each is linked with GPIHBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPIHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPIHBP1 results are reported.
