GPI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,203 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPI_T109, GPI_S107, and TPI1_S80. Each is linked with GPI in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPI-to-partner and partner-to-GPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPI versus GPI_T109 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
