Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,572 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIA4, COX6B1, and EIF3K. Each is linked with GPI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPI-to-partner and partner-to-GPI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPI versus PPFIA4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
