GPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPI mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are p21, AMPK_pT172, and AR. Each is linked with GPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPI-to-partner and partner-to-GPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p21 grouped by GPI-low versus GPI-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
