GPHN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPHN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPHN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-898P, ATPAF2, and WSB2. Each is linked with GPHN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPHN-to-partner and partner-to-GPHN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-898P grouped by GPHN-low versus GPHN-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPHN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPHN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
