GPHA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPHA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,121 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPHA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP22_S395, CHCHD5, and AHDC1_S1064. Each is linked with GPHA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPHA2-to-partner and partner-to-GPHA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPHA2 versus ARHGAP22_S395 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
