Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPHA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,603 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPHA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, non-stop decay, Response to calcium ion, and Chromosome localization to nuclear envelope involved in homologous chromosome segregation. Each is linked with GPHA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPHA2-to-partner and partner-to-GPHA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, non-stop decay grouped by GPHA2-low versus GPHA2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
