GPCPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPCPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,316 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPCPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMTF1, KIAA1109, and CCNL1. Each is linked with GPCPD1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPCPD1-to-partner and partner-to-GPCPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPCPD1 versus DMTF1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPCPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPCPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
